Active clients are any clients that use the system to build their cases for 15 days or more in a 30 day billing cycle. That's a level of engagement that ensures they're meaningfully strengthening their cases by regularly completing surveys, creating diary entries, and tracking appointments. If a client doesn't engage with the system for 15 days or more in a given cycle, there's no charge and they don't count against your reserved bundle. That's how we guarantee you only pay when you get value.
Reserved bundles allow you to pre-pay for a certain number of active clients at a heavily discounted price. You can always add as many clients as you want with or without a bundle and only pay for the active ones, but with a bundle you'll pay considerably less for the ones you've reserved, and then pay the pay-as-you-go price for any active clients beyond your reservation.
For example, if you reserve a 100 client bundle on your premium plan and you have 150 clients on the system, if in a given billing cycle 115 of them are engaged enough to be considered active, you'll pay only $1,112.50 for the 100 you reserved and then 15 x $25 for the additional 15 active clients for a total of $1,500. If you hadn't reserved a bundle you'd have paid the pay-as-you-go price for all of the active clients, 115 x $25 for a total of $2,875. That's a savings of $1,375 per month!
By reserving your bundle on an annual instead of a monthly basis, you save an additional 15%! You pre-pay for the year and, as with monthly reserved bundles, are billed for any active clients beyond what you reserved each month at the pay-as-you-go price. If you find you need more headroom, you can increase your reservation size at any time and it will take effect on the next billing cycle.

The ClaimData report provides a 'snapshot' of client symptoms and limitations that makes it easier to prepare for hearings and to elicit good hearing testimony.
